Advertising & Cookie Disclosure
Effective: August 15, 2026 · Last updated: August 15, 2026
Clicro is a paid product built by Prolixis OPC Private Limited. Subscriptions are our primary revenue source. On parts of our public marketing and blog surface we also show third-party advertising, which helps keep the free tier genuinely free. This page explains exactly what runs, what it stores, and how you can switch it off.
1. Cookies we set ourselves
- Essential: session and authentication cookies that keep you signed in to the dashboard. These cannot be disabled without breaking the product.
- Preference: your region (India / International) and annual-billing toggle on the pricing page, so we don't reset your view on every visit.
- Product analytics: aggregate, first-party counters that tell us which pages are useful. We do not sell this data or join it to advertising profiles.
We never store raw visitor IP addresses for link analytics — they are reduced to a one-way salted hash. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
2. Google AdSense
We participate in the Google AdSense programme. Google is a third-party vendor and uses cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on this site.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors at aboutads.info/choices.
- Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy & Terms page.
Our ownership of ad inventory is declared publicly in ads.txt so buyers can verify that only authorised sellers represent this domain.
3. Where ads appear — and where they never do
Advertising may appear on public marketing pages, guides and blog articles. Advertising is never shown inside the signed-in dashboard, on link-in-bio pages, on redirect interstitials, or anywhere it could be confused with a customer's own content. We do not place ads adjacent to navigational buttons or in ways that encourage accidental clicks.
4. Editorial independence
Advertisers have no access to, review of, or influence over our editorial content, product comparisons, benchmarks or recommendations. If a page ever contains a paid placement or affiliate link, it is labelled inline on that page.
5. Your controls
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
- Use your browser's "Do Not Track" or privacy mode; ad personalisation is reduced.
- Use Google Ads Settings to turn off personalised ads across Google's network.
- Exercise your DPDP / GDPR rights — access, correction, deletion — by writing to clicroofficial@gmail.com.
6. Children
Clicro is not directed at children under 13 (or under 18 without guardian consent in India), we do not knowingly collect their data, and we do not request child-directed ad treatment because our audience is business users.
7. Contact
Advertising, sponsorship or privacy questions: clicroofficial@gmail.com.
