What is Clicro?+
Clicro is an Indian link management platform. It turns long URLs into short branded links, gives you a customisable link-in-bio page, and reports click analytics down to Indian state, city, device and referrer — so brands and creators can prove what a campaign actually delivered.
Is Clicro free to use?+
Yes. The Free plan includes 10 active short links, full click analytics, a link-in-bio page and QR codes, with no credit card required. Paid plans start at ₹99/month for higher link limits, custom domains, team seats, PDF sponsor reports and AI campaign debriefs.
How fast are Clicro redirects?+
Redirects run on an edge network close to the visitor, so a typical Clicro hop resolves in well under 50 ms in India. Analytics are written asynchronously after the redirect is issued, so measurement never slows the click.
What analytics does Clicro capture on each click?+
Timestamp, approximate country/state/city from IP geolocation, device class, browser family, OS family and HTTP referrer. Raw IP addresses are never stored — they are reduced to a one-way salted hash used only for de-duplicating unique visitors.
Can I use my own domain for short links?+
Yes. Paid plans support custom branded domains such as go.yourbrand.com. You add a CNAME record at your DNS provider, verify it in Clicro, and every new link can be issued on your own domain instead of clicro.link.
Do Clicro links expire?+
Links you create in an account stay live as long as your account is active. You can optionally set an expiry date or a click cap per link, after which visitors see a friendly expired-link page instead of the destination.
How is Clicro different from Bitly or Linktree?+
Clicro combines both jobs in one product — branded short links and a link-in-bio page — and prices in INR rather than converting from USD. Analytics go deeper for India, breaking down state and city rather than reporting one national number, and creators get sponsor-ready PDF reports built in.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Indian customers pay in INR via Razorpay, covering UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards, and wallets. International customers pay in USD via PayPal. Annual billing carries a 20% discount.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?+
Yes. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period, so you keep paid features until it ends. Before confirming, Clicro shows exactly which links, seats or features will be affected by the lower plan.
Does Clicro comply with Indian data protection law?+
Clicro is operated by Prolixis OPC Private Limited and is built around India's DPDP Act as well as GDPR principles: data minimisation, hashed IPs, purpose limitation, and user rights to access, correct, export and delete data. Requests can be sent to clicroofficial@gmail.com.
Does Clicro show ads?+
Ads may appear on public marketing and blog pages to help fund the free tier. They never appear inside the signed-in dashboard, on link-in-bio pages, or on redirect pages. Details are in our Advertising & Cookie Disclosure.
