Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clicro, a product of Prolixis OPC Private Limited, India. By creating an account or using any Clicro short link, bio page, API or dashboard you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Clicro. By signing up you confirm that you can enter into a binding contract.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every action taken under your account. Notify us immediately at clicroofficial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use Clicro to create, host, or distribute links that:
- contain malware, phishing pages, deceptive redirects or scareware;
- infringe intellectual property, defame, harass, or violate any person's rights;
- contain CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or terrorism / hate content;
- contain adult content without proper age verification at the destination;
- are used to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) over any channel;
- circumvent our rate limits, scraping protections or technical safeguards.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this clause without notice, and report applicable conduct to law enforcement.
4. Billing, renewals and refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay or our international gateway.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel from Settings → Billing.
- Annual plans receive a 20% discount versus the monthly rate.
- We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund for the first paid month or year.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; links above the new plan limit are paused, never deleted.
- Taxes (GST in India, VAT/sales tax elsewhere) are added at checkout where applicable.
5. Service availability
We target 99.99% monthly uptime for link redirects and 99.9% for the dashboard. Pro and above receive email support; Business and Enterprise receive priority support with response SLAs written into the order form.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create on Clicro. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit and display it solely to operate the service. You confirm you have all rights necessary to publish that content.
7. Our intellectual property
The Clicro name, logo, software, UI, documentation and analytics models are owned by Prolixis OPC Private Limited. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell them without our written consent.
8. Beta features
Features labelled "beta" or "preview" are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn. They are excluded from the uptime SLA.
9. Liability
Clicro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid Clicro in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify Clicro for any third-party claim arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may close your account anytime from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 12 and 13 survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Where the DPDP Act applies, statutory grievance procedures take precedence over this clause.
13. Grievance officer
Grievance Officer, Prolixis OPC Private Limited — clicroofficial@gmail.com. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
14. Changes
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email to active accounts.
